Online application forms from candidates on OJAS website for preparation of selection/waiting list in the process of filling up direct recruitment posts under different technical cadres of Class-III in the offices under the control of Heads of Accounts under the control of different departments by Gujarat Gaun Seva Selection Board, Gandhinagar. is summoned. 1) Detailed instructions for applying (including those mentioned in paragraph no. 7 of this advertisement) Candidates are required to read this entire advertisement carefully before applying online.
2) Candidates do not have to attach any certificates while applying online. But, while applying online, the applicant has to fill the entire details in the online application based on the details in the certificates. Hence all self-certificates like, educational qualification, age, school leaving certificate, caste, physical disability (if applicable), ex-serviceman (if applicable) and other qualifications along with original certificates based on such certificates in the online application. Correct details have to be filled. So that the application cannot be canceled due to wrong details in the application.
3) Examination Method - In the selection process, the candidate will have to undergo a one-stage OMR method or Computer Based Response Test (CBRT) online competitive examination with objective questions as mentioned in paragraph no.-9 of the advertisement.

Note:-
(1) Reserved category candidates may apply for unreserved posts and non-reserved norms will apply.
(2) No seats are reserved for physically challenged candidates, but candidates with physical disabilities as mentioned above may apply for unreserved seats. If an eligible ex-serviceman candidate is not found for the reserved post of ex-serviceman, the post will be filled by other general eligible candidates.
Ex-Serviceman candidates who have served at least six months in the Army Forces, Air Force and Land Forces and possess the identity card and discharge book of the competent authority as Ex-Serviceman will get a relaxation of up to three years in addition to the period of service rendered by them in the upper age limit. Candidates who are still serving as ex-servicemen can still file their candidature even if they are one year away from retirement.
(7) Posts of physically challenged (divyang) candidates to be offset against that category. If physically challenged (Divyang) candidates are not available for the post of physically challenged (Divyang) candidates, then the post will be filled by other normally qualified candidates.
Candidate, General Administration Department dt. There is no reservation for candidates, both male and female in these posts
The selection of candidates is done on the basis of the merits of the marks obtained by the candidates
