RTE Form 2023
Under this scheme Right to Education 2009, children from poor and weaker sections are admitted to 25% of the number of seats in private schools in class 1 without charging any fee. And this child St. Free education is provided till completion of 8th standard. Fees for such children are paid by the government to private schools. Besides, these children are also given Rs.3000 per year from the government. This scheme is very useful for children of poor and weaker sections.
RTE Admission Process 2023
- The complete process of RTE admission is phase wise as follows.
- First of all, the complete admission program of RTE Admission is announced by the Education Department of the Govt.
- First of all parents are given time to collect the necessary documents.
- After that, the online form has to be filled from the RTE Admission official website on the specified dates.
- While selecting schools in the online form, a private school located within 6 km from the student's residence can be selected.
- After filling the online form, this form does not have to be deposited in hard copy in any office. But online verification of these online filled forms and uploaded documents is done by the district office. If it is suitable then the form is approved. If there is any mistake in the form or there is a cover of the document then it is rejected.
- After completion of form filling and verification, merit is generated through software. And merit based round is released to the students for admission.
- The admitted student has downloaded the ADMIT CARD online and has to go to the school where he/she has been admitted for admission.

- Proof of Residence Valid Aadhaar-evidence Details Aadhaar Card / Passport / Electricity Bill / Water Bill / Election Card / Ration Card / If any of the above Aadhaar, Registered Rent Agreement required not In case none of the above grounds are proved, the rental agreement will be considered valid with the rental agreement registered as per Gujarat Stamp Act 1958 and deposited in the concerned police station. (Notarized tenancy agreement will not be considered valid)
- Caste certificate of guardian from Mamlatdar Shri or Social Welfare Officer, Taluka Development Officer or Competent Authority
- Birth Certificate Gram Panchayat / Nagar Palika, Mahanagarpalika, Birth / Hospital Registration Certificate / Anganwadi, Balwadi Registration Certificate / Notarized affidavit of parent or guardian
- Photograph Passport size color photograph
- Income certificate of guardian In case of old income copy, certificate of Mamlatdar, Taluka Development Officer or Competent Authority will be accepted. The new income pattern will be considered valid only from Jan Seva Kendra. (After 01/04/2019) At the village level only the latest income statement (after 01/04/2021) given by Talati of the Gram Panchayat will be considered valid.
- BPL A guardian belonging to the BPL category ranging from 0 to 20 marks can present the example of Taluka Development Officer or District Village Development Agency for rural areas, while for urban areas the Deputy Municipal Commissioner or the competent authority in the case of Municipal Corporation, the example of the Chief Officer of Municipal Corporation in Municipal area and Notified An example of the chief executive officer or administrative officer in the area has to be submitted. In urban areas where there is no list of BPL category beneficiaries with 0 to 20 points (score), the beneficiary included in the BPL list has to present the certificate with the BPL list number from the competent authority. BPL ration card will not be considered as BPL Aadhaar.

- Child in need of care and protection with certificate from Child Welfare Committee (CWC) of that district
- Children of orphanages with certificate from Child Welfare Committee (CWC) of that district
- Children of Child Labourers/ Migrant Labourers, Labor Officer of the District Labor and Employment Department and Civil Surgeon's Certificate
- Children with Cerebral Palsy Civil Surgeon's Certificate
- Children with special needs (handicapped) Civil Surgeon's Certificate (at least 40%)
