According to the above topic and reference, in 32940 government primary schools and 1865 secondary schools of the state, " School Achievement " program has been implemented in PAB 2022-23 as per the guidelines of NIEPA New Delhi . Self-evaluation in 100% schools and external evaluation in one-third (1/3) of the self-evaluated schools under the "School Achievement" programme.
For 2022-23 schools will also be evaluated. In this regard, external evaluation is to be done in 32940 primary schools and 1865 secondary schools in the academic year: 2022-23 self-evaluation and in 1699 secondary schools out of the academic year: 2021-22 self-evaluation.
● Academic Year: 2022-23 : Self-Assessment (Primary and Secondary School)
"Shaala Siddhi" program has been implemented in 32940 government primary schools and 1865 secondary schools in the state. In academic year: 2022-23 these schools are to conduct self-evaluation under “School Achievement” program as per NIEPA New Delhi guidelines. (List of schools is enclosed herewith)
Academic Year: 2021-22 : External Evaluation (in 1699 secondary schoolsOut of the self-evaluation conducted during the academic year 2021-22 under the School Achievement Program, external evaluation of the year 2021-22 is to be conducted out of 1699 schools. According to the guidelines, the district has to form a team and conduct external evaluation in 1699 secondary schools as per the guidelines given on the website.
Details of grants allocated under this programme, list of schools and guidelines for in-appraisal and external-appraisal are enclosed herewith.

Guidelines for Self-Assessment under School Achievement Programme
32940 government primary schools and 1865 secondary schools of the state will have to conduct self-evaluation for the academic year 2022-23 under the "Shaala Siddhi" programme.
A grant has been allotted to that district office from the office here for self-evaluation under the School Achievement Programme. The details of which are as follows.
NIEPA is working towards updating the school achievement portal of New Delhi. So, the principal of the schools in your district where self-evaluation will be done must keep the hard copy of the filled details of the school at the school level. This detail has to be uploaded when the school achievement portal is opened.
A grant of Rs.200/- per school has been allocated at the district level for the purpose of carrying out self-evaluation for the year 2022-23 in a total of 1865 secondary schools of the state.
- A grant of Rs.550/- per school has been allocated to the schools for the expenditure incidental to conducting self-evaluation for the year 2022-23 in total 32940 government primary schools of the state at the district level.
- Self-evaluation has to be completed in the month of December as per the detailed guidelines given by the entire Shiksha.
The following points have to be considered regarding self-evaluation in primary schools and in secondary schools.(Self-evaluation is being done for the first time in primary schools.)
1. Under the “School Achievement” program in 32940 government primary schools of the state, self-evaluation at the school level, in which the principal of the school along with the SMC members will be regularly present to carry out the evaluation work.
2. In the evaluation process in primary schools first before starting the evaluation process based on GSQAC (Qualification 2.0) the SMC members regarding school grade details, unit test details of children, six monthly and annual test details as well as physical and academic development of the school and special activities done by the children. to discuss with.
3. The Principal along with the SMC members shall conduct the evaluation based on the details of the evaluation format prepared by NIEPA New Delhi.
4. Prepare the evaluation report and submit the report to CRC Co. Conducting self-assessment on the day CRC Co. visits the school. 5.
Necessary stationery expenses related to school evaluation may also be incurred. On the day of self-evaluation at the school level, the members present on the day of the tea and coffee refreshments can be paid separately. 6. By CRC Co
As per the prescribed format, the school report (Tarij Prataka) will be aggregated and submitted to BRC, BRC will submit taluka aggregate to district and district aggregate to state office. 7. Report of Evaluation of Secondary Schools CRC,
will give to State Office through BRC and District. The said grant shall be auditable and the expenditure of the grant shall be subject to the extant expenditure rules of the State Government.
Guidelines for External-Evaluation under the School Achievement Programme
- External evaluation will be done for the year 2021-22.
- For external evaluation of schools, Secondary Education Inspector, Diet Lecturer, Assistant Education Inspector, Model School Principal, Model Day School Principal, State Award Teacher, Retired Secondary School Principal, B.R.C.C.O. To select the Coordinator/ CRC Co-ordinator, and the Principal of the Secondary School.
To include in the team the principal of a secondary school other than the school to be evaluated for evaluation.
- External evaluation has to be done in schools by forming a team of 3 members. In which CRC Co-ordinator will be as one member.
Organization of monitoring team regarding external evaluation should be prepared by the Nodal Shri of School Siddhi at the district level k) To be approved by Hon'ble District Education Officer.
The officer/employee coming for external evaluation shall be considered as on-duty. A grant has been allocated to that district office from the office here for external-evaluation under the School Achievement Programme.
- Details of planning for external evaluation should be sent to this office.
- External-evaluation has to be completed in the month of January as per the detailed guidelines given by the entire Shiksha. For external- evaluation the guidelines have to be verified on the stated basis.
>NIEPA is working towards updating the school achievement portal of New Delhi. So a copy of the details of the schools to be externally-evaluated should be kept with the CRC Co-ordinator of the cluster. When the portal regarding external evaluation is opened, the CRC Co-ordinator has to fill this detail on the portal. 100 rupees per school has been allotted for the incidental expenses for external evaluation of 1699 secondary schools during the academic year 2021-22 out of the self-evaluation conducted in secondary schools. ⁹0%
- A grant of Rs.100/- per person has been allotted to the district level as an award to 3 members who will go as evaluators for 1699 secondary schools (externally evaluated schools) out of the self-evaluated schools of the year 2021-22.
- The said grant shall be auditable and the expenditure of the grant shall be subject to the extant expenditure rules of the State Government.
