The heads of all the government grant-in-aid / self-reliant industrial training institutes of the state under the control of this office are hereby instructed to carry out the admission process for the admission session of August 2021 by following the following guidelines.
1. Government Grant-in-Aid administered by the Office of the Director of Employment and Training, Gandhinagar under the State Department of Labor and Employment? Candidates seeking admission for the seats to be filled in the Admission Session in August 2018 will have to fill up the admission form online (through internet) to get the facility. You can also get a soft copy of Wise Trade online. Arrangements have to be made at the institute level to provide information of the entire system to the trainees / guardians at the institute. Arrangements should also be made to allow the trainee / guardian to visit the trade as and when required.
2. All the institutions will have to strictly implement the guidelines of COVID-19 of the Government of India / State Government from time to time. Adequate (1) Guidance Centers (2) Online Admission Form Filling Centers (3) Certificate Verification.
3. As per the circular number / CTS / Ch-3/2011 of this office dated 7/06/2011, all government / grant-in-aid / self-reliant industrial training institutes should collect Rs.50 / - from the candidates and make arrangements to fill the online admission form. , And must follow the instructions in that circular. Candidates have to fill online application form only from one place of more than one government / grant-in-aid self-help organization of their choice. After filling in the details of the online admission form, the candidate can get a barcoded print out and write the names of all the organizations for which he wants to fill the form in this form and the code number of that organization. They will have to register their form in person at Government / Grant-in-Aid Institution by paying Rs.50 / registration fee per form / institution and will have to get access to the registration fee. Candidates filling up the form for more than one institution should appear in person at another institution on merit.
