Out of the final merit list published on https://gsrtc.in, only candidates in the category of Non-Reserved (General) can appear for the examination.The fee was to be paid, out of which the candidates who have not paid the examination fee have to pay the postage charge in addition to the examination fee of Rs.250 / -,Rs.12 / - Total Rs.262 / - at any e-post office or Rs.262 / - at any divisional office of the corporation.It has to be submitted in person from 02/08/2021 to 13/08/2021 (during office hours) Exam Application Form Number / Confirmation shown in the final merit list published on the Corporation's website at the time of payment of fees has to be paid along with Xerox copy of numbered online application form. Receipt with signature / coin for payment of fee,Must be obtained and the receipt must be brought to the examination venue accurately. GSRTC - Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation is a state-owned corporation which provides bus services both within Gujarat and also its neighbouring states. The corporation has a fleet of 7467 buses with a workforce of 40,000. Established on May 1st, 1960, GSRTC now has 16 divisions, 125 depots, 226 bus stations, 1554 pick up stands and 7467 buses. It is also the first one in the country to introduce GPS/PIS based GSRTC bus tracking and passenger information monitoring. The GSRTC buses travel 28 lakh kilometre with 40000 trips catering approximately 24 lakh passengers on a daily basis. The corporation provides offline, online and mobile phone GSRTC ticket booking facility for the greater convenience of passengers.
GSRTC Bus Types
GSRTC offers a fleet that is air-conditioned, comfortable, and luxurious. Various bus services provided by the corporation are broadly classified as Volvo Bus Service, Sleeper Coach Service, Gurjar Nagri Express Service, Deluxe Express Service and MiDi Bus Service (Mini Distance bus). The buses used in these services include the ones from TATA, Eicher, Ashok Leyland, Volvo and Tata Marcopolo.
