The following art forms (categories) have been included in this art festival 2020.
Areas of Art Festival:
- Vocal Music Classical
- Vocal Music Traditional
- Instrumental Music Classical
- Instrumental Music Traditional
- Dance Classical
- Dance (folk dance)
- Visual Arts (Dimensional)
- Visual Arts (three dimensional)
- Indigenous (local) toys and games
District and zonal competition:
To organize competition in one to nine areas mentioned above by the district education officer at the district level in the state.
• The above nine competitions should be organized at the district level and one of the nine competitions should be selected.
There should be 3 judges per competition of all the departments organized at the district level.
• The first selected winners from the boys and girls category per district level competition should participate in the zonal level competition which should be sent to the zonal level and also to the state.
All the district level competitions should be completed by 16th December to 2030, the result of which should be sent to the entire education, Sector-17, Gandhinagar by e-mail SSamstatett@gmail.com and to the District Education Officer of the concerned zone by 6.12.20. . As well as the entire Shiksha Abhiyan office will have to send the overall sheet of the competition accounts. For all district level competitions, entry should be obtained from all blocks of the district for all categories according to one boy and one girl by 15th December, 2020.
For all the district level competitions, the entries submitted till December 15, 2020 will be sent to the contestant through BRC / CRC and school. Asking the district level to send their pre-recorded about Perfamish by December 15.
The following OICOs of the district should check the validity of the pre-recorded performances of the contestants on the basis of the art festival songs received by the district by December 15 for the competition allotted to them. • District level competition is organized by the district level from 19.12.30 to 9.12.30 in which 3 competitions can be organized in 1 day if possible. • Zone level competitions are to be held in those zones from 30.12.2030 to 08.01.2070. Which will be in live, live online mode. At the zonal level, there should be at least 5 judges for all the competitions in each section. According to which all these judges have been selected and the information should be sent to the state level by 6.12.20. Will remain.
• The zonal level convener will be able to get the cooperation from the office of the co-convener district education officer for the zonal level competition if required.
• The zonal level convener will have to select the venue for the zonal level competition and report here by 7.12.30.
The list of 1 boy and 1 girl contestant who have completed all the zone level competitions on the dates indicated for the zonal level competition should be sent to the state level and the district of the planned place of the state level on 05.01.2021.
Certificates and cash prizes will be given to the winning children at district, zone and state level. For the competition of Kala Utsav-2020, the District Education Officer has to plan in advance in the district and to decide the guide and the best work in the works organized in the district by the experts in that field.
